hello, i am an entrepreneur. i want to speak to those that want to make a change in their lives for the better and accomplish their goals and dreams. guess what! there is still room on the internet for people like you and me. people say that the “dot-com” boom happened during the late 1990’s and early 2000’s and then it just dwindled. well, i say there is still plenty of ‘boom’ for everyone. now is the time to get an online business started! there are more and more resources and tools to make this possible. one of those tools is online video. websites like youtube and google video have done a lot to popularize the concept of online video.

I admit it. Typically, I am a fan of Blogger. I really like the customization options that Google gives you to make your blog all your own. Particularly, adding widget-like things to the sidebar(s) of your blog. I have been recommending Blogger to my family and friends that are new to the blogging craze. My wife recently got infected with the blogging bug a couple of weeks ago and I recommended Blogger.
My only things with Blogger is that you really can’t use categories and create additional pages like you can with Wordpress. My wife, Meg, just started another couple of blogs, one about her music reviews and the other about recipes. If she was using Wordpress, then I would have had her create different categories for those specific entries, i.e. Music Review, Recipe of the Week. Instead, she had to create seperate blogs for each of those specific niches.

Emails are replacing regular mails from the post office. Not only because it is cheaper, since you do not need to buy a stamp, itís also definitely faster. Emails can be sent in as fast as five seconds, depending on the server, anywhere in the world.
No doubt emails are being used to distribute news letters, promotional mails, and other stuff. How then would you be able to round up email addresses to send those marketing mails you have? Here is where an opt-in list comes in.
An opt-in list is a directory of email address you can send to those mails to. Though it seems to be easy to find email addresses, if you are talking thousands in numbers, it is going to be hard.
